Takuma Takasaki
Born in Fukuoka Prefecture in 1969, Takuma Takasaki is a graduate of Waseda University’s Faculty of Law. As a Growth Officer/Creative Director at Dentsu, he lent his expertise to a wide variety of advertising campaigns for Suntory, JR East, Toyota, Daihatsu, ANA, P&G, Iris Ohyama, Sharp, Ezaki Glico, and others. Takasaki has received numerous advertising awards both in Japan and abroad, including the JAAA Creator of the Year Award for the third time in 2024. Takasaki also co-planned, co-wrote, and co-produced the Wim Wenders film PERFECT DAYS 2023, which was released in 90 countries worldwide and achieved the highest box office success of any of Wenders' films. PERFECT DAYS also took home the Best Actor Award at the Cannes Film Festival and was nominated for the US Academy Awards for International Feature Film. Takasaki also served as Creative Director for the MUSIC AWARDS JAPAN 2025. His published works include the novels auto reverse and The Art of Expression, and the picture books Makkuro and The Tomodachi Tree. He also hosts the J-WAVE late-night radio show “Bits and Bobs Tokyo” every Friday. He founded W&D in 2025.

Kota Yabana
After graduating from Rikkyo University’s Faculty of Law, Kota Yabana joined Dentsu, where he was involved in project production and creative production in the Sales Department, Creative Department, for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics project, and more. In 2025, he founded WRITING & DESIGN (W&D) PARTNERS, which partners with a variety of clients for a wide range of projects. Beyond the creative field, Yabana leads project design that delivers optimal solutions across disciplines, from business strategy development to activation planning and execution, as well as PR strategy to address a wide range of challenges without being confined to a single domain. His major works include: production of the Wim Wenders film PERFECT DAYS 2023; campaigns for the Japan Football Association ("Courage for Dream") and the Japan National Football Team ("2026 For Our Greatest Stage"); National Stadium Opening Project ("HELLO, OUR STADIUM"); ITOCHU Corporation’s "I am One with Infinite Missions" campaign; campaign for the Volleyball SV League ("The Next Global Standard Starts Here"), as well as projects for SEIKO, Japan Airlines, Mizuho Bank, Japan Fashion Week, Ezaki Glico Pocky, and more. Yabana is a TABLE FOR TWO International Creative Partner and a Visiting Lecturer in the School of Cultural and Creative Studies at Aoyama Gakuin University.
